A website project runs more smoothly when everyone knows what is being built, who supplies each item and how feedback will be handled. Our process creates a clear path from the first estimate through staging, revisions, launch and handoff.
Typical timelines are 3-7 business days for a landing page, 7-10 business days for a multi-page informational website and approximately 10-14 business days for a standard ecommerce website. Scope and content can change these ranges.
Start with the website cost calculator or send a direct enquiry. We collect the information needed to understand the project at a useful level: website type, page count, products, functions, design source, content readiness, current website and preferred timing.
What the business offers, who the website is for and the primary action visitors should take.
Landing page, informational site, ecommerce, redesign, maintenance or agency production.
Fresh concept, existing brand, Figma/XD, AI mockup, reference website or current site.
Forms, booking, payments, events, LMS, membership, directory, donation or multilingual structure.
The proposal defines the actual work instead of relying on a vague promise to build a website. It identifies deliverables, page count, functionality, content responsibilities, client accounts, third-party fees, estimated timeline, revisions, launch support and exclusions.
Design or implementation, agreed development, staging, revisions, QA and launch tasks listed in the proposal.
Accurate business information, approvals, content or access, domain/hosting ownership, paid licenses and timely consolidated feedback.
Hosting, domain, paid plugins, booking systems, payment providers, premium media and external subscriptions unless stated otherwise.
New pages, features, integrations or a changed creative direction are quoted as additions rather than hidden inside the original scope.
The build is faster and more accurate when content and design direction are organized before every page is developed. You may provide final copy and images, or add website content, graphic design and AI-assisted support to the project.
The approved website is developed in a private staging environment using WordPress and Elementor Pro for most projects. We create the agreed page templates, responsive layouts, forms and standard integrations without replacing the current public website before approval.
For agency work, the staging environment, naming, access and client-facing boundaries follow the agreed white-label workflow.
You receive the staging link and review the website against the agreed scope. Unlimited reasonable revisions are included before launch when they remain within that scope. Feedback should be consolidated into clear rounds so conflicting or repeated requests do not slow the project.
Included Revision
Adjusting approved content, spacing, imagery, styling or layout within the agreed pages and direction.
Change Request
Adding a new page, new feature, different platform, significant new content or a new creative direction.
Before launch, we review the website areas included in the project. The exact checklist varies by scope, but a standard build commonly covers:
